After twenty-three years in a rented unit, BVMCC has purchased a building of its own. Daily prayers are already being held there, and renovation is underway.
Daily prayers are now held at our new home, 6150 Cottle Road, San Jose, CA 95123. Jumu’ah is at The Plex while renovation continues.

The congregation prayed its last Jumu’ah at the old unit on Santa Teresa Boulevard in early October 2026. Fajr on the day of the move was prayed at the old building; every prayer since has been at the new one.
The new masjid is open for all five daily prayers now. Friday remains the exception: until the main hall is renovated, there is a single Jumu’ah at The Plex on Embedded Way, which can hold the whole community at once.

The building is bought.
The renovation is not paid for.
Purchasing the building was the first half of the work. The second half is making it into a masjid: the main prayer hall, the wudu facilities, and the classrooms the children’s programs have been waiting for.
Until the prayer hall is finished we cannot hold Jumu’ah in our own building, which is why Friday is still at The Plex. Every contribution to the renovation fund brings that date forward.
